30 minutes ago: I made a sandwich with ham, Monterey Jack cheese, strawberry preserves on an onion roll.

Next week: Riding the rails down to North Carolina for Christmas.  I have to come up with a Hobo Name.   What about Pearl T. Smiley?

Next month:  Some hibernation, but I will be reading at In The Flesh on January 17.

Did you get a business class ticket? It makes ALL the difference when taking the train long distances. It's more $$$, but way better than coach on busy travel days. If you can change it, go for it.
